6. Products showing visible installation signs, damage, or any form of use that reduces their value cannot be accepted for return, and the Seller reserves the right to refuse the refund in such cases.
7. Refunds are issued within 14 days after the Seller receives the returned Product.
8. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised/custom-made Products.

8. Complaints

1. The Seller is responsible for defects under applicable consumer protection laws.
